About the Instructor

Dr. Bahar Nate, is the founder, owner, and instructor at Bahar Academy. She earned her Ph.D. in Business and Media Management from IAU in 2012.

Before dedicating her career to real estate, rental property management, and her academy, Bahar spent nearly two decades as a university lecturer. She served as an Associate Professor and a faculty member in the Social Studies Department at IAU for over 16 years.

In 2016, she earned a Provincial Instructor Diploma in Adult Education from Vancouver Community College (VCC). Building on her expertise, Bahar obtained her Real Estate License and Rental Property Management certification, establishing Bahar Academy in 2021 to share her knowledge and experience with others.
